Things to Avoid in Rent a Car Vehicle

 Renting a car can be an experience in itself. Running errands or visiting a new city can come in handy when renting a car. It is good to know that when renting a car there are some things you shouldn't think about with the vehicle. Most of them may not be relevant to you. However, it still leaves us amazed ...

So consider using a rental car as an escape vehicle, God forbid, but in a situation like this, rental cars are not an option. So, one thing that should be avoided at all costs with any car, whether rented or not, is to use a vehicle for any illegal reason.

If you have a pet with you, it would be a good idea to talk about it before deciding to take a pet on a long trip. Most car rental companies would state in a contract that pets are not allowed in your car.

So, if you're thinking of using a lot of air freshener to cover up the stench of smoke, don't. Car rental companies take note that you must mention in your contracts in advance not to make your car a smoking area. And they recognize bad smells, even if mitigated by perfumes. In short, smoking is prohibited in a rental car.

Eating out in a rental car is something that, if ethical, can get away with it. But in most cases it wouldn't even be a good idea. Not only would leaving crumbs and packaging seem immoral, but in some cases leaving food residues or soda stains is totally unacceptable.

Letting another driver drive your rental car can be bad news for you. L license plates for rental cars are also not insured. So, if you have another passenger who is still learning to drive, avoid asking for help to take some of the pressure off!

Eating in the car is not a good idea, so changing diapers for babies seems silly too. Apart from these few things that seem understandable to avoid in a rental car, but in general all vehicles; drinking, walking in a car, driving without a seat when a child is sitting with you.

A look in the mirror, a few finishing touches to your personal hygiene, or being caught traveling without a seat belt are all big no-nos.
